By accessing and using Conventro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of Conventro.

2. Description of Service

Conventro provides free, browser-based file format conversion tools that allow you to convert data between formats such as JSON, YAML, CSV, XML, TOML, INI, and ENV. All conversions are performed locally in your browser. Conventro does not store or process your data on any server.

3. Use License

Conventro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform's source code without permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the service
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. No Warranties

Conventro is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion outputs will always be 100% accurate in every edge case. You are responsible for verifying converted output before using it in production or critical systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conventro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Privacy

Your use of Conventro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all data conversions happen in your browser, we do not collect or store the content you convert. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle the limited information we do collect.

7. Modifications to the Service

Conventro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Conventro operates as an independent online service. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through arbitration or, where required by law, by courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.
